Health & Safety and community in general .The objectives of the policy shall be achieved at all our work areas by :

• Complying with all applicable Legal and other Requirements related to SHE system.
• Ensuring employee compliance through mandatory safety training & programs on Health ,Safety & Environment awareness.
• Making the Employees responsible & accountable for all Health ,Safety and Environmental issues.
• Providing adequate protection & maintaining safe working environment in all out work area for prevention of pollution, injury & ill Health arising out of our activities.

SAFETY ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Appointment of Talented Managerial Staff:

Appoint or ensure that experienced & talented Engineer visit the site work prior to deployment of working staff along with foreman, the duty of manager is to access the job, scope of job, site conditions, approach roads, different type of work in progress in the vicinity of job & the threat which may arises from other agencies & their work to our staff and lastly to brief the foreman the job in detail, its location, work out the strength of workers skilled, semi skilled unskilled in consultation with foreman, list of tools & tackles required, Availability of safety apparels, like safety helmet, shoes, goggles, safety belts, mask, hand gloves, scaffolding etc as required and the time for safe completion of job & work out hurdles for unsafe condition and with consultation & meeting with various agencies that the site is made safe to work before deputing working staff .

2.Appointment of Full Time Safety Officer :

Appoint experienced, skill full, trained, qualified Safety Officer to ensure safe working environment/ safe equipments/ safe working procedure and to identify hazard in working environment, to monitor all working areas and mode of procedure and to ensure safe working style and standards. To audit and inspect various tools, tackles, machinery, equipments used by employees and to keep the records of the same.

To maintain and educate various working permits and statutory compliance at site, to enforce with all available means a safe culture and environment at site.

To attain all safety meets, and impart the necessary updates to the sub ordinates and to conduct regular safety training program for workers and supervisor, to inform the management about any severe lapses in adopting safety norms by fellow employees, or about any near miss, severe accidents, lost time injuries or any misbehavior or ill health of any employees which may result in any mishap.

3.Appointment of Skill full Foreman/Supervisor:

Appoint experienced skill full foreman to carry out any electrical work, who is aware of the skill to execute the jobs in safe & proper manner, proper knowledge of the equipments to be installed, proper skill to operate various tools, mechanical, electrical & gas, knowledge to attain faulty tools & tackles at site in emergency and skill to mobiles and train a friendly working staff who listen & practice basic safety requirement.

4.Appointment of Skilled Technicians:

Only Talented & experienced technicians with valid license/ certificate of course, our past work experience should be appointed for wiremen, welder, gas cutter, Riggers. All different faculty technicians must be aware of Electrical System in which they have to work, must be skill full & knowledgeable to handle & operate various equipments, tools, machinery, should practice proper safety norms & should wear all safety apparels and advice & ensure that lower grade staff to do so.

5.Appointment of Unskilled/Trainee/Helpers/Labors:

Only appoint wishful unskilled labor, who wish to learn, listen to their superiors and practice all safety norms and always ask before carrying out any work.

6.Appointment of Knowledgeable Procurement/Purchase Officer/Store Keeper:

All the purchase, storing of consumables, tools, tackles, machinery and any other material should be done by knowledgeable person who should be aware of best ISI material, its suppliers, stockiest, traders, safe tools & machinery, prompt delivery of material at site.
